Community of Serb Municipalities in Limbo of Unfulfilled Agreements

Policy brief on the Association of Serb-majority municipalities deals with the research of key factors important for the better position of Serbs in Kosovo, which would be implemented through the Association. The aim of the research is to look at the role and ways in which the Association would fill the gaps in the institutional framework for the protection of the rights of Serbs in Kosovo, both, those living in Serb-majority and non-Serb municipalities. The policy brief is developed by the Forum for Development and Multiethnic Cooperation (FDMC).
