Kosovo and the Spanish speaking world: Exploring roads to engagement when recognition is blocked
Written by José Carpintero Molina and Juan Manuel Montoro, the policy analysis "Kosovo and the Spanish speaking world: Exploring roads to engagement when recognition is blocked" attempts to go beyond the existing literature about Kosovo and its relations to Spanish-speaking countries. Overcoming the tendency to focus exclusively on the legal and political point of view, the two authors aim to begin a reflection on the relations between Kosovo and these states from a new point of view: by looking at the human and cultural dimensions. An unprecedented and original paper, this analysis explores the possibilities of drafting policies in new possible fields of contact between Kosovo and a wide Spanish-speaking audience.
