Framing the Just Transition in Kosovo

Written by Leke Batalli, the policy paper "Framing the Just Transition in Kosovo"  aims to provide a general outlook of the perceptions and attitudes of some of the main institutional and organizational actors toward the just transition in Kosovo. Considering that the energy sector is at an early stage of decarbonization, the paper explores how the stakeholders, comprising the Government, media, civil society organizations, the business community, and local governments, envision decarbonization and assesses their perceptions regarding the effects of these policies and the manner how they should be addressed.
