The analysis The Game of Numbers - Addressing the Missing Persons 20 years later provides insight into the progress made in addressing the issue of missing persons in Kosovo, the shortcomings made in addressing this issue in the past two decades and the how formal inclusion of this topic in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina can contribute to resolving it, with an emphasis on the experiences of family members of missing Serbs in Kosovo.
